Brandon has devoted his practice to helping people. His fundamental philosophy is to treat each client the exact way that he would want to be treated if he were in that situation. Over the past 28 years, Brandon has made it a priority to be personally involved in each case that his office handles. He is determined to be an aggressive and savvy attorney who protects his client's interest in any situation. He is often heard saying that the only way to practice law is to fight hard, but with honesty and integrity.
Brandon was born in Houston, Texas, and moved to Greenville, Alabama at the age of six. He attended Butler County public schools and graduated from Greenville High School in 1986; Troy State University in 1989; and the University Of Alabama School Of Law in 1993.
He began working for a law firm in North Alabama after law school, and then returned to Greenville in 1995 to open his own practice. Since then he has expanded and created offices in Montgomery, Selma, and Troy.
Since 1993, Brandon has successfully represented over 12,000 people in many areas of law and has obtained millions of dollars for plaintiffs in personal injury actions. He has represented defendants in high profile criminal cases that involved rape, robbery, murder, and capital murder.
Brandon's practice is now centered on Bankruptcy, Social Security Disability/SSI, Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation cases. He feels this is where his talents are best utilized, and he enjoys the satisfaction of going to work and helping people each day!
Brandon is the very proud father of three wonderful children; Mallory, Grace, and Carlin. He is also the proud grandfather of Jack and Daniel.
Brandon and his family are members of First Baptist Church in Greenville, and he is an elected member of the Butler County Board of Education.
