Legal Answers
- Q. i have a friend that was detained by ICE for crossing the border illegally, he has been detained for over a month now.
- A: You can ask ICE to release or file a bond motion depending on how your friend entered and if he was placed in proceedings. This is complicated and and the best chances of getting your friend release is with a lawyer. I strongly suggest to hire a lawyer.
- Q. Do I have to mention about my speeding ticket (that has been cleared from record) on my oath ceremony form?
- A: You should be honest and answer yes
