Caroline E. Sapp
Personal Injury | Wrongful Death
Caroline helps small businesses and individuals in personal injury and wrongful death cases, as well as other civil matters. During her legal career, Caroline has successfully represented hundreds of clients in personal injury matters, including accidents involving vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, pedestrians, and tractor trailers.
She also serves as General Counsel for the Sparta Housing Authority and is the City Attorney for Sparta, Tennessee.
Caroline has been recognized for her leadership and experience. In 2020, she was selected as a member of the Tennessee Bar Association Leadership Law class, and in 2019, Caroline was selected as one of the twenty-five members of the 2019 Nashville Bar Foundation Leadership Forum. In 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021, Caroline was named a Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Star.
Not only is Caroline committed to helping her clients, she is also committed to serving in the legal community. Caroline is a member of the Nashville Bar Association where she is a Managing Editor and co-chair of the Nashville Bar Journal. In 2016, she was named “Contributor of the Year” for her work on the Journal. She is also a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Lawyers’ Association for Women, Marion Griffin Chapter, where she served on the Board as a newsletter editor, and the Upper Cumberland Young Lawyers Association, where she served as the 2019 – 2021 President.
