Casey Xavier is a Louisiana native, but Las Vegas is his forever home. At age 18, Casey decided to run for the city council of his hometown in Louisiana. He was elected at the age of 20, becoming the youngest elected official in Louisiana history. By unanimous vote of his fellow council members, he was appointed mayor pro-tempore of the city at the same age. And at age 21, his state political party elected him as the party’s vice-chair of elected officials.
Casey has lived and worked all over America before making Las Vegas his home. Before law, his experience ranged from interning for a congressman on Capitol Hill to work that entailed facilitating the educational development of people from six continents. He also worked in the legal tech industry helping law firms across America grow their businesses.
Casey is proud to have recovered millions of dollars for his clients. Because in America’s civil justice system, money is the only justice possible. And trial by jury for money is a constitutional right. When people are harmed by others, Casey believes the injured deserve to be compensated, for the full value of what has been taken away from them and for what they have been left with.
Before founding Xavier Injury Law, Casey for a brief time ran the litigation department at Heidari Law Group where he recovered millions of dollars for his clients. He quickly felt the need to depart and start his own firm. Before that, Casey was a trial lawyer at Claggett & Sykes Law Firm. Trials are Casey’s passion. He believes being a trial lawyer is his calling in life, that he’s walking in his life’s purpose. He believes there’s a lot of good for him to do in the world – like making companies right their wrongs and punishing companies when they have refused to learn their lesson. Casey believes that his work will make the world just a little safer and a little bit better.
Casey has refined his trial skills through: Mark Lanier Trial Academy and Trial Lawyers University.

- Las Vegas Chapter of the National Bar Association
- - Current
- The Las Vegas Chapter of the National Bar Association (LVNBA) was originally incorporated in 1981 and reincorporated in 2005. Over the years, the LVNBA has grown from a small group of fourteen trailblazing attorneys and judges to a large and vibrant organization. The National Bar Association (National Bar) was founded in 1925 when there were fewer than 1,000 African-American / Black lawyers in the nation, and less than 120 belonged to the (National Bar). By 1945, there were nearly 250 members representing 25% of the African-American members of the bar. Over the past 75 years, the National Bar has grown enormously in size and influence. When the LVNBA was founded in 1981, there were fewer than 20 African-American attorneys in state of Nevada. Currently in Nevada, circa 125-150 African-American attorneys comprise approximately 1% of the membership of the State Bar of Nevada. Since its founding, the LVNBA has grown in size and influence.
