With experience as a former IRS Revenue Agent, Mr. Frazier offers an insider’s perspective on how the IRS approaches tax audits, using that knowledge to help clients avoid and resolve problems painlessly. He regularly handles tax collection matters, relieving clients of tax debt burdens.

Mr. Frazier is also an experienced estate planning and probate administration attorney.
