Cherissa M. Krajniak
Attorney at Loire Krajniak Law
Cherissa "Reese" Loire Krajniak obtained her undergraduate degree in Sociology from Marquette University before going on to attend Florida Coastal Law School. She graduated with honors in 209 and was active with the school's Pro Bono Clinic, donating more than 200 hours of legal work to underserved members of the community. While taking a full course load and giving her time to the clinic, Reese was still able to complete her Juris Doctorate program in just over two years. She passed the bar exam in 2010 and opened her own practice in downtown Chicago.
After medical issues sidetracked her career for several years, Reese founded Loire Kranjiak Law, LLC in 2016. She now practices in the areas of Divorce, Family Law, and Estate Planning. She is active in Chamber 630, the local chamber of commerce, and she has received several honors from the organization, including being named Chamber 630 Young Professional of the Year in 2018. She became a member of the Board of Directors for Chamber 630 in 2019.
Reese and her husband are licensed foster parents in Illinois, and in 2020, the Krajniaks fostered their first group of siblings. In addition to her role as a foster parent, Reese is a very active individual. She enjoys yoga, roller skating, camping, hiking, off-roading, and auto racing. She is particularly passionate about classic Minis and other British cars. Reese is an active member of the Chicago Mini Motoring Club and the Illinois Sports Owners Association, as well as the co-founder of classic sports car driving club called Midwest Motoring. She presently owns a 1974 Classic Mini and a 1964 Triumph Spitfire.
