I believe my police, prosecutor, and defense experience gives me a unique understanding of all sides in a criminal case. Making sure the police have followed the law in arresting a person is critical. Further, understanding how a prosecutor will evaluate their case is invaluable in determining defensive strategy. Using this approach, I have successfully defended clients in a broad range of criminal matters including Drugs, DWIs, Prostitution, Thefts, Burglarys, Robberys, Aggravated Assaults, Family Violence Assaults, Unlawful Carrying of Weapons, Arson, Kidnapping, and Murder. I am admitted and practice law anywhere in Texas and Federally in the Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts of Texas. I have also represented Federal clients in the Eastern District of Tennessee and the Western District of Kentucky.
