Christopher Kane
Mr. Kane grew up in Oregon and obtained his bachelor's degree in Economics from Portland State University in 1991. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College in 1994 and became a member of the Oregon State Bar in 1995. He is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in the State of Oregon. Mr. Kane has always focused on helping "the little guy" and has represented hundreds of individuals and small businesses in many areas of the law in both state and federal courts, including Social Security disability law, landlord/tenant relations, employment law, consumer protection law, estate planning, business entity formation and consulting, and bankruptcy. He worked as an associate attorney at Snyder & Associates, a prominent bankruptcy law firm, for approximately 4 years. Then he worked with attorney Claudia Cullison until he and Adam Weiner formed Portland Bankruptcy Law Group in 2010. Mr. Kane runs the Northeast office, and also represents clients in the areas of business law, estate planning, and real estate investment transactions.
