I have tried cases to juries in state and federal district court, and I have handled appeals before the Montana Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. I have been admitted to practice in Colorado (inactive) and Montana (active), and I've been admitted to the United States District Court of Montana, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States.
