Clayton Everett
Slaying debts since 2008
My main practice is all aspects of bankruptcy, representing both creditors and debtors in Chapter 7 and 13 cases. My practice also involves small business Chapter 11 reorganizations. I recently added immigration to my practice. I'm licensed to practice in the State of Texas and all federal courts in the state.
I graduated in 2008 from Texas A & M University School of Law (formerly known as Texas Wesleyan University School of Law). In law school, I interned with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and participated in the law school’s legal clinic, assisting need-based clients in navigating thorny issues in divorce proceedings and suits affecting the parent-child relationship.
When I'm not slaying creditor's or debtor's in bankruptcy, I enjoy playing soccer, attending local theater productions, and traveling to new places with my wife.
