Collin focuses his practice at The Dickey Law Firm primarily in estate planning and elder law. Collin has significant experience in financial advising, assisting clients with investment decisions and taxation matters, and is well versed in handling legal inquiries involving the IRS and the State of Michigan.
Collin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia and his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
After completing his legal education, Collin worked as a Judicial Law Clerk in the 6th Circuit Court of Oakland County for the Honorable Karen D. McDonald, where he gained valuable exposure to a wide variety of family law issues. In this position, Collin reviewed personal protection orders, conducted legal research, and reviewed judgments for the Court.
Collin takes pride in developing strong advisory relationships with his clients.? He places the utmost importance in open communication with clients in order to build positive attorney-client rapport.
Outside of his legal work, Collin is an avid golfer and skier and has a passion for world travel. Collin is currently a member of the Rochester Chamber. He has recently started playing ice hockey, and loves to hunt and fish. Collin is married, and he and his wife plan on adding a new puppy late this summer.
