Cory Allison DeLellis
Local, aggressive, & successful. Client-centered. We only get paid if you do.
I specialize in Social Security Disability law. I represent people who are denied Social Security Disability benefits for medical reasons, or who need help in obtaining these benefits. I've successfully represented over 500 clients including before an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) at a Hearing level. Our main office is in San Diego but we also serve most of southern California including Riverside and Imperial County.
My law practice embraces a client-centered approach. This means putting the client first. We strive to maintain good communication and do everything both ethically and aggressively possible to ensure the best outcome for our clients. We also try to make the process of obtaining social security disability benefits as smooth, quick, and successful as possible.
Background: I have a Bachelor's and Master's degree in psychology. I obtained my law degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego. My passion for this field of law started when I was just a child working with my Father at his law practice which also focused on social security disability law. I'm proud and honored to be doing the same.

- Q. I will be going before an Administrative Law Judge for Social Security disability benefits. Any clinics around to help?
- A: Good morning! I strongly recommend contacting your local county Bar Association for a referral to any clinics that may be able to assist you. If you do not have a Bar Association in your county, then I recommend contacting the nearest one by.
- Q. When I applied for Disability on a duel application FOR benefits SSA determined me medically disabled and permanent SO
- A: Good morning Clovis,
Social Security may review your disability status every year or so to make sure that you are still "disabled" under their rules. They generally do this by reviewing your medical records. If they see anything alarming in your medical records which may indicate that you are no longer "disabled," then they may send you for medical evaluation. I hope this helps!
Kind regards,
Cory DeLellis, Esq.
