Cory Hicks
Our law office begins and ends with helping our clients. Many times this involves helping people during hard times. We help families with their questions and legal needs after a loved one dies. We help people who have been injured or wronged – whether by an accident, fraud, a broken contract, a difficult insurance company, or otherwise. We help people who have suffered property damage – from environmental accidents to stolen business assets, car wrecks to embezzling executors or trustees. Many times this involves property. We help people buy and sell property – from farm ground to houses, companies to minerals. We help banks with real estate titles and other lending issues. We help administer estates and trusts. Many times this involves business. We help people negotiate contracts, set up businesses, research titles to land and minerals, and sell or wind up businesses. Many times this involves planning for the future. We help people develop estate plans through documents like wills and trusts, prepare in case of incapacity with documents like durable powers of attorney, coordinate beneficiary designations, and establish buy-sell agreements and succession plans for businesses. If you have any question whatsoever about whether we can help you – contact us! We almost always can help or find someone who can. Often times, we will not be helping you alone. We routinely work with accountants, other attorneys, appraisers, surveyors, realtors, financial planners, and other experts to help our clients achieve their goals.
