Cristina Garcia

At the Dolan Law Firm, Cristina has successfully represented clients in a wide range of individual personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits, including:
bicyclists, motorcycle riders, and car drivers seriously injured due to the fault of another vehicle owner;
individuals who suffered fractures, concussions, or spinal injuries from slipping and falling at poorly maintained properties and stores;
special needs students subjected to abuse by those entrusted with their education; and
victims of excessive police force or misconduct
Cristina also serves on our litigation team prosecuting whistleblower cases under the False Claims Act brought by employees aware of fraud committed by their employer against the federal government.
Cristina’s litigation expertise includes writing complaints, settlement demand letters and mediation briefs, and motions for and in opposition to summary judgment.

A graduate of the Golden Gate University School of Law, Cristina is a fluent Spanish speaker. During her spare time, Cristina loves biking, hiking and exploring the natural beauty of the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two dogs. For her undergraduate studies, Cristina attended and graduated from the University of California at Berkeley. She enjoys cheering onto victory the California Golden Bears sports teams.
