Cynthia Bedrick
Cindy is the Managing Partner at McNeelyLaw where she focuses her practice in the areas of real estate and business transactions, corporate law, business litigation, and real estate litigation.
Cindy helps businesses find practical solutions to real world problems, whether that is through drafting concise and precise documents to prevent future problems, negotiating resolutions to disputes before litigation, or litigating disputes in cost effective ways.
Cindy honed her attention to detail through her work after law school as a law clerk for the Honorable Theodore R. Boehm, Associate Justice of the Indiana Supreme Court, and the Honorable John Daniel Tinder, a United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of Indiana, and then practiced at a variety of law firms and as in-house counsel for a full-service, vertically integrated real estate investment trust. Cindy has also been recognized in Best Lawyers of America.
When not at work, Cindy helps develop future lawyers through her work as an adjunct professor at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and as a member of the Indiana Board of Law Examiners.
