Dale Tice
Dale practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning and administration, oil and gas law and real estate. He received his B.A. from Bluffton College and his Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, where he served on the Appellate Moot Court Board. Upon graduation from Dickinson he received the William H. Dodd Award, given to the senior who best exemplifies the highest ideals of the legal profession.
Dale has spoken to many groups of landowners on the subject of oil and gas law, focusing on protecting the landowners’ rights. He has worked extensively with the Penn State Cooperative Extension and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute presenting continuing legal education seminars for lawyers on oil and gas law, and has been quoted in the New York Times and Investor’s Business Daily.
He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and serves as a Director of the Pennsylvania chapter of the National Association of Royalty Owners.
Outside of work Dale enjoys amateur astronomy and hiking with his children, Dean and Sierra.
