Daniel A. Goldfaden

Daniel A. Goldfaden was hired as an associate attorney at Levin & Perconti in May 2014. Prior to his hiring, Daniel worked at a plaintiff’s class action litigation firm following his admission into the Illinois Bar in October 2013.
Daniel focuses his practice on nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death matters. Daniel chose a career in personal injury law because he wanted to able to help people who were going through difficult periods of their lives. “I love interacting with my clients,” said Daniel. “No other area of the law allows for more face time with clients. I also like that my practice allows me advocate on behalf of and stand up for the average Joe against some very powerful entities. I look forward to coming to work because I know there will be a new challenge to overcome everyday.”
In addition to his casework, Daniel is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association. He also recently began volunteering with the Wills for Heroes Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides provide free wills and other legal documents to first responders.
Daniel graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2013. As a law student, he received the CALI Award for Future Excellence in Income Taxation and was named to the Dean’s List.
