Daniel McGuire
RAM Law PLLC
Dan is a founding partner of RAM Law, and focuses his practice on family law, criminal defense, and landlord-tenant law. He received his law degree, cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he made the Dean’s List multiple times, contributed to the Mitchell Hamline Law Review journal, co-taught a contracts class, and was honored with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award—an award given to the highest scoring student in each course. During his time at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Dan interned for the Wisconsin State Public Defender’s Office. His experience there sparked his interest in the law, and ignited his passion for helping others navigate the often-complex criminal and civil legal systems.
As a Family Law Attorney, Dan provides exceptional service to families who find themselves in the most difficult and trying times of their lives. He has helped numerous individuals settle and litigate their child custody and divorce disputes, and has also obtained outstanding results representing parties in guardianship and CHIPS proceedings. Dan is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and is listed on the statewide CHIPS Parent Attorney Roster.
Derived from his distinguished work ethic, Dan’s attention to detail makes him an irreplaceable asset on every case he works. While striving for perfection, he refuses to back down until each case is complete to his client’s satisfaction. You can rest peacefully knowing that Dan is working your case.
In his free time, Dan enjoys watching football, working out, camping, fishing, and boating.
