Daniel Posternock
I am the senior partner and managing shareholder of Posternock Apell, a highly sAs Managing Shareholder and Practice Leader for the Litigation department, Dan emphasizes his philosophy of service to others in his work for the Firm and all clients. Dan has extensive trial and litigation experience with claims arising from real estate transactions, consumer fraud, business disputes, home improvement claims, automobile negligence, and premises liability matters. In addition, Dan continues his long history of counseling and mentoring local business leaders. Dan is a zealous advocate with focused resolve. He embraces Alternative Dispute Resolution and is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a mediator. Dan resides in Moorestown with his wife Allison and is a proud father to son Josh and daughter Mia. All who know Dan see his passion for local volunteerism and community involvement, a family tradition instilled in him by his parents.
