Biography

Danielle graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology. She then received her Juris Doctorate with Highest Honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law, and was admitted to practice in Colorado, Oklahoma, and several federal jurisdictions, including the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Danielle has been certified in Family Law Advocacy Skills by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and was selected as one of the Top Ten Family Law Attorneys in Colorado by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys. Danielle’s commitment to Client satisfaction has been recognized on Avvo, where she maintains a 5-star rating and received a Client’s Choice Award in 2017.

Danielle has worked in the legal field since 2004 and has had broad experience with high-level, complex, litigation in the areas of employment law, personal injury, and general civil litigation. However, Danielle’s current practice concentrates exclusively on family law, including high-conflict divorce, relocation, and allocation of parental responsibilities. Danielle also provides high-quality services to current and future clients seeking marital agreements, including pre-nuptial and post-nuptial contracts.

Danielle recognizes that her clients come from varied backgrounds and cultures, and provides them with individualized representation to fit their needs. She is passionate about advocacy for children, and has volunteered with several charities focused on mental health, victim advocacy, and domestic violence. While representing a diverse array of clients, Danielle specializes in cases involving unequal power dynamics and frequently assists her clients in reclaiming their independence and establishing their rights before the court.

When she is not working, Danielle enjoys photography, antique typewriter restoration, and playing with her dogs, Emma, Wilfred, and Joy.
