Dante Giammarco
My practice focuses upon representing businesses, from start-up to liquidation, asset purchases and sales, regulatory compliance issues, employment issues, contract needs of all types, helping businesses properly maintain Minute Books, conduct meetings, hold elections, annual reports, and assisting businesses which never have had a minute book, especially so they can apply for financing. Buy-outs of co-owners and succession planning generally are part of my practice.
I used to be an environmental chemist and also address environmental law issues with my clients, from the complexities of superfund sites to septic systems and wells for businesses and home-owners.
I have been in the practice of law since 1984, so a potential client can have confidence that I am well seasoned to address most commercial issues which arise. I pride myself at being able to address my client's needs quickly and effectively. I used to run a restaurant and remember that a law firm is a service related profession.
