Darius Bursh

Mr. Bursh attended Claremont McKenna College in Claremont, California where he studied government and economics and graduated in 1990 with his B.A. After graduating from Claremont, Mr. Bursh attended Arizona State University College of Law where he recieved his J.D. in 1995. Mr. Bursh has been practicing law in the Phoenix area since that time.
Mr. Bursh co-founded McCain & Bursh, PLC, Attorneys at Law with partner Marc McCain in 1999. Mr. Bursh currently acts as the firm's President. Mr. Bursh's practice areas include personal injury, commercial litigation, and corporate law. Mr. Bursh is a seasoned litigator and represents Plaintiffs in a variety of cases involving serious personal injury, wrongful death, negligence, premises liability, and public entity liability. He has successfully litigated million-dollar cases on behalf of his clients. Mr. Bursh is also experienced in the area of insurance defense and formerly served as corporate counsel for State Farm Insurance Company.
Mr. Bursh also represents both Plaintiffs and Defendants in commercial litigation matters arising from breach of contract and other business related disputes. In addition, he acts a chief counsel for a number of corporations and other business entities.
