David Anthony Myers

Attorney David A. Myers has been lawyering in northern Ohio for more than three decades; the first 25 as a solo practitioner, and the last seven as a partner at Hickman & Lowder Co., L.P.A. Dave has been a Certified Elder Law Attorney* for nearly 20 years, and is one of fewer than 25 Ohio lawyers holding that certification. He counsels older adults, people with disabilities, and their families. Dave has been selected for inclusion in Ohio Super Lawyers multiple times, in Best Lawyers in America annually since 2006, and he holds the highest rating in legal ability and ethical standards (AV) by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Lorain County Bar Association (Probate and Trust Section), the Ohio State Bar Association (Elder Law Committee; Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Section), the Alzheimer’s Association, and the Lorain County Coalition on Elder Abuse. *Certification by the National Elder Law Foundation; approved by the Ohio Commission on Certification of Attorneys as Specialists.
