Coordinate legal representation with Attorney General’s Office and private counsel; write proposed legislation and testify before General Assembly; research, prepare and review proposed administrative regulations; advise on Sunshine law and confidential records compliance.

Primary prosecutor for Division of Workers’ Compensation Fraud and Noncompliance Unit. Other responsibilities included special prosecutions, administrative DWI appeals, and expungements. Published cases include Scates v. State, 134 S.W.3d 738 (Mo. App. 2004) and Nixon v. Jamison, 103 S.W.3d 836 (Mo. App. 2003).
