I have over 40 years of experience in defending individuals in criminal and civil trials ranging from sexual assault and arson to business fraud and divorce in both state and federal courts throughout New Jersey. There is always an important assessment which must be made of weighing the evidence against the best interests of the client. I enjoy developing a strategy to win a case however, I always try to achieve the best possible result for my client in light of the evidence.
After graduating law school, I became an Assistant Prosecutor in the Bergen County Prosecutor's
Office where I learned how to cross-examine witnesses and to present a case to a jury. Consequently, I was
trained early in my career as a trial attorney. These skills have been an invaluable asset going forward.
Please be assured I will use this experience to fight for your rights and your liberty in all matters.
