David Leroy Rowell
Litigating complex trust and estate disputes in State Court
After working for many years in healthcare, David Rowell graduated from McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific in 1991. Mr. Rowell graduated "with distinction," and received numerous honors while at McGeorge, including, on graduation, admission into the prestigious "Order of the Coif."
Mr. Rowell's practice, since admission to the Bar in 1991, has focused almost exclusively on civil litigation; that is, cases (other than criminal) which go to trial before judges and juries. Mr. Rowell has taken many cases to trial in front of juries, and many dozens of cases to trial overall.
Since 2016 Mr. Rowell has been a partner at the firm "Lawvex, LLP," one of the Central Valley's premier trust and estates law firms. As a partner at Lawvex, Mr. Rowell focuses on the litigation of complex trust and estate disputes.
Like the other lawyers at Lawvex, one of Mr. Rowell's main goals is to provide competent legal services to his clients in a sensible, efficient, and caring fashion. All litigation is difficult for clients, and trust and estate litigation especially so. Lawvex lawyers try hard to make this difficult process less painful and less confusing.
