Before joining University of Florida’s legal staff Mr. Warner was a civil trial lawyer with the Tampa firm, Fowler White, Attorneys at Law, practicing in the area of casualty defense. Before entering the practice of law, Mr. Warner was a United States Naval Intelligence Officer. Mr. Warner is a member of the American and Florida Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all state courts of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
