David Pierce Uffens is a practicing litigation attorney and Partner at Jaburg Wilk in Phoenix, Arizona. He has conducted over 80 trials and over 150 non-evidentiary hearings, mediations, and settlements. David was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. He currently focuses on family and civil litigation and also represents businesses in entity and contract formation, as well as amateur and professional sports law clients in contract negotiation, brand formation, and in disputes concerning sanctions and university compliance. David also teaches Amateur and Professional Sports Law courses as a faculty associate for the Sports Law & Business program at ASU.
