Attorney David Chapman is a Certified Mediator. The firm serves clients throughout Marin County, the greater San Francisco Bay Area, and Northern California. Mr. Chapman represents seriously injured victims in cases involving auto accidents, wrongful death, catastrophic injury – including brain and spine injuries - dog bites, slip & fall, medical malpractice, and elder abuse. Mr. Chapman’s real estate practice handles cases involving nondisclosure, fraud, easement and boundary issues, HOA & landlord / tenant disputes, land use, and zoning. On the business side, the firm advises senior management of domestic and international Fortune 100 companies, as well as small businesses and individuals, in matters involving corporate formation, collections, LLC & partnership disputes, and environmental compliance. Mr. Chapman is a former law clerk and judicial extern to the Honorable Joyce L. Kennard, Associate Justice of the California Supreme Court. He earned his J.D. in 1999 from Santa Clara University School of Law, and his B.A. in 1991 from The University of California, Berkeley. He is admitted to practice before all California state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
