Diane Elizabeth Bond
Diane E. Bond is a senior counsel attorney at the Blake Law Firm. Diane has over 22 years of experience litigating in both state and federal courts. Her substantial litigation experience includes mediation, arbitration, trial and appellate work, including matters involving real estate, contract, construction, mortgage banking, eminent domain, business and premises liability representing loan servicers, banks, financial institutions, property owners, managers, developers, title or escrow companies, homeowners associations, and lessors and lessees of commercial and residential properties.
Diane is committed to providing efficient and cost-effective representation for clients while maintaining the highest standards of legal practice. Prior to joining the Blake Law Firm, she represented national banks and financial institutions in a variety of matters including loan disputes, non-judicial and judicial foreclosure disputes, title disputes, eminent domain, easement and property line disputes. She also has extensive experience in personal injury and employment law.
Diane is a native San Diegan and resides in Encinitas with her husband and sons. During her time outside the office, she enjoys reading, writing, gardening, camping, and travel.
