After graduating from a top-tier law school, Dietrich P. Epperson began his legal career as a prosecutor in New York City. As an assistant district attorney, he prosecuted violent crimes, including homicides, as well as a wide array of financial crimes, such as fraud, grand larceny, forgery, and identity theft. Trials became his specialty; he brought cases to trial more than 32 times and obtained 26 favorable verdicts.
After over a decade of practicing criminal law, Dietrich co-founded the law firm of Epperson & Greenidge to help customers recover investment losses caused by the unlawful conduct of their financial advisors or stockbrokers. Epperson & Greenidge has successfully brought claims all over the United States on behalf of its clients. Dietrich has specific experience in claims involving unsuitable investment advice, professional negligence, over-concentration of investment portfolios, breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent concealment, financial elder abuse, and breach of contract. Dietrich is a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA).
