Douglas Marks
My Business is Your Business
Doug Marks has been providing business-focused advice to businesses of all kinds for 22 years. He currently serves dozens of corporate clients as outside general counsel, focusing on license agreements, manufacture and supply agreements, leases, website terms and conditions and privacy policies, and custom agreements.
Doug also provides excellent advice to his clients who need estate planning representation, drafting wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and trusts for estates of all sizes.
Doug's clients appreciate his flexibility, his availability, and his understanding of the business world. He realizes that when business owners deliver a contract for review, they want to quickly complete a transaction, not just pay thousands of dollars for someone to point out all the ways the contract can't work. Doug works toward agreement, while pointing out the risks of certain provisions.
