Ervin Lindsay Blanks was born and raised in North Charleston, South Carolina and is a founding member of E. Lindsay Blanks PA with offices in North Charleston, South Carolina. Mr Blanks received his B.S. from the College of Charleston in 1984 and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1987. Mr. Blanks was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1987 and the United States District Court, District of South Carolina, in 1989.
Lindsay worked his way through college and law school as a mechanic and takes great pride in fighting for working people and employees. He works hard to give the very best legal service to the thousands of clients he has been honored to serve over the past 30+ years.
Since his admission to the bar in 1987, Lindsay has handled thousands of cases, winning millions of dollars for injured clients. The practices focuses primarily in the areas of workers' compensation, automobile accidents, tractor trailer wrecks, premises liability, wrongful death and all forms of personal injury cases. One of the cases Lindsay is most proud of involved an employee falsely accused of theft Clayton vs. Lands Inn. Lindsay fought tirelessly to clear this nice lady's name and to get her the compensation she deserved.
Lindsay has spoken at national CLE seminars and uses his knowledge, experience and determination to pursue justice and obtain the compensation that injured people deserve to rebuild their lives.
