Edward Cannon Jr
A 1986 graduate of Union College in Schenectady, New York, and a 1992 graduate of New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, Edward V. Cannon, Jr. concentrates his practice in the areas of representing corporations and individuals in business and real estate matters. His business practice includes assisting clients with issues surrounding the creation, operation, merger and dissolution of business entities, as well as providing advisory services for various human resource and risk management problems.
He also represents developers (corporate and individual) with all phases of acquiring, operating, leasing and selling commercial and residential developments. Such developments generally range from handling the planning, municipal, zoning and other land use matters of local residential subdivisions, to providing assistance to corporations with large-scale commercial developments nationwide. Mr. Cannon also helps individuals and lenders navigate the residential real estate purchase and sale process. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Bar Association of Norfolk County. He lives with his wife and three children in Norfolk, Massachusetts, where he served for seven years on the town’s Advisory Board, including a year as Chairman of that Board, and where he is currently active in youth sports programs.
