
Edward F. Wallace III
Ed received his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1978 and has been practicing law for over 39 years. Ed is admitted to practice before all the courts of the states of New Hampshire and Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Ed is also certified as an Advocate by the National College of Advocacy. Ed has argued in front of the New Hampshire Supreme Court. One of Ed's cases was reported in Trial, a magazine published by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (now AAJ) reporting on the fact that Ed was able to introduce into evidence, for the first time in United States legal history, objective tests confirming the diagnosis of PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder). For the past eight years Ed has been named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers. Ed's success rate at trial is in excess of 93%. Ed is a member of the National Brain Injury Trial Lawyers Association; Ed is the only New Hampshire member of the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America (APITLA); also a member of the Motorcycle Injury Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the American Association of Justice's Bicycle Litigation Group. Ed is a member of the following professional organizations: The American Association for Justice (AAJ); The National Trial Lawyers Association; The New Hampshire Association for Justice; The New Hampshire Bar Association and The Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. Ed is also a qualified mediator and has, for over a decade, sat as a conciliator in Superior Court. Ed has been married for 46 years and has 2 children and 3 beautiful grandchildren. Ed tries to be socially responsible and drives a hybrid vehicle. Ed was a member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary for almost 10 years.
