Elizabeth J. Aires
NeJame LawElizabeth (Beth) Aires practices law in the Personal Injury Division of NeJame Law. She handles claims in the areas of Auto Accidents, Slip and Falls, Wrongful Death, Premise Liability, Dog Bites, Medical Malpractice, False Arrest, Excessive Police Force cases and all Personal Injuries. Beth graduated from Florida A&M University College of Law. She demonstrated academic excellence earning the Book Award (highest grade) in Advanced Florida and Federal Rules of Evidence. Always caring for and protecting the underdog, Beth devoted over one hundred hours advocating for the indigent at the Orange County Legal Aid Society while still a student. As a result of her extraordinary efforts and social involvement, the Orange County Bar Association honored her as the winner of the prestigious “Law Student Award of Excellence” in 2011. Helping others as a career advisor and peer mediator, Beth developed a desire to further her education and become a lawyer. Graduating as a recognized Lead Scholar at the University of Central Florida, Beth similarly excelled as a law student. Prior to being sworn in as an attorney, Beth worked as a Legal Assistant and Intern with NeJame Law. Beth is licensed to practice in both Florida state and federal courts and remains actively involved with the Legal Aid Society and other legal associations such as the American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association and the National Police Accountability Project. Beth has vigorously and successfully worked to hold individuals, agencies and corporations accountable for their negligent conduct. Known for her aggressive, strategic and competitive negotiation tactics, she has consistently earned impressive results for her clients. As a team player with the Personal Injury Division, Beth’s commitment to excellence and pursuit of her clients’ cause has earned her early distinction.
