Elizabeth Pollock-Avery

Elizabeth Pollock-Avery formerly was an associate at Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC and her practice focused on civil litigation and personal legal services for clients. Elizabeth also provided estate planning, estate administration, and trust services. She is a graduate of Indiana University-Bloomington Maurer School of Law and obtained her B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Elizabeth was a member of the law fraternity Phi Alpha Delta in both undergraduate and law school, and she was involved with the Golden Key and Tau Sigma Honor Societies. She represents clients near the firm’s headquarters in Pittsburgh and across Pennsylvania. Prior to joining KM&A, Elizabeth practiced at the Shah Law Group, focusing on estate and family law. While in law school, Elizabeth participated as a certified legal intern in Indiana University’s Disability Law Clinic, helping the underserved population of southern Indiana obtain Social Security and Medicaid benefits. She also was a certified legal intern at Indiana University’s Student Legal Services, helping the students of Indiana University with a variety of legal issues. While originally from Buffalo, New York, Elizabeth feels confident that she made the right choice in relocating to Pittsburgh after law school. The character and charm of this city inspire her every day. Her hobbies include shopping in the Strip District, walking along Grandview Avenue and the Heritage River trails, and exploring the Greater Pittsburgh area.
