Welcome to Alderman IP, A Specialized AV- Rated Intellectual Property Boutique Firm.
With 40 years of cutting-edge legal experience, Alderman IP is a partner for strategic and comprehensive intellectual property counsel, and is frequently consulted by other law firms for assistance with complex intellectual property, technology, content and media matters.
We help guide and advise high-end clients in the development, protection and monetization of their intellectual property, whether in technology, media or the arts. Working with software, web and multimedia companies, funded startups, sports teams and established performers and creators, we leverage and optimize the value of our clients' IP assets, regardless of media or technology.
Centrally located in Washington, DC, we work with clients both nationally and around the globe. While most of our business is referral-based, we welcome the opportunity to assist new and returning high-quality clients as well as general counsel of companies with complex IP cases or matters.
