Eric S Kane
Mr. Kane graduated cum laude with a J.D. and L.LM from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida and earned a B.A. in Government and Latin American Studies, cum laude from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Mr. Kane was raised in South Florida and attended Ransom Everglades High School. Mr. Kane has received the following honors, The National Advocates Florida: Top 100 "Wills, Trusts and Estates" which is awarded to Florida lawyers who exemplify superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence and performance in their area of specialty. Super Lawyers, Florida Rising Stars "Estate Planning and Probate" which is awarded to up to 2.5% of lawyers in the State of Florida who are under 40 years of age or who have been in practice for 10 years or less. Mr. Kane is a member or past member in numerous South Florida charitable, professional and community organizations including: Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami, Florida Bar Association, Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section, Florida International University School of Nursing Advisory Board, Franklin and Marshall College Alumni Board of Directors, Greater Miami Jewish Federation, and the Aventura Marketing Council. Mr. Kane has served as Special Magistrate for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court in and for Miami-Dade County and has served as Court Appointed Receiver for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court in and for Miami-Dade County.
