Erick Martin is a Senior Associate Attorney with Stange Law Firm, PC. He can assist clients in Omaha, Nebraska and throughout Douglas County and the surrounding areas.
Erick attended law school at South Texas College of Law in Houston, obtaining his Juris Doctorate in 2014. Before this, he attended Texas A&M University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in History. Erick is licensed in the State of Nebraska and in the United States District Court of Nebraska and is ready to help clients throughout Douglas County, Nebraska.
Before joining the Omaha, Nebraska Divorce Lawyers at Stange Law Firm, Erick most recently spent time as an Attorney for the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. In this role, he worked to represent the department in child welfare court hearings. He also gained experience drafting motions, subpoenas, and other necessary litigation documents. Erick developed strong communication skills and worked to ensure issues were promptly addressed. Prior to this, he spent four years working as an Attorney for various organizations and firms in Nebraska. Throughout his time in law school, Erick also spent time as a Law Clerk for a law office and an Intern for the Harris County District Clerk.
Outside of his legal work, Erick enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, running half marathons in each state of the country, attending sporting events, grilling and reading.
