Erik also served as a law clerk for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Victim Impact Program (sometimes referred to as the “Special Victims Unit.”) His experience includes years of service with the 101st Airborne’s Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps., from which Erik draws his rigor and precision while representing his clients.

Erik has also worked extensively in the business start-up world of San Francisco as a former Director of Marketing and Chief Operations Officer. From this background, Erik generates unique solutions to challenging problems in litigation and in business transactions.

Erik holds CALI Excellence for the Future Award, and a Witkin Award for Academic Excellence, in Negotiation and Settlement. He also holds degrees in Social Psychology, Criminology, and Conflict Resolution from UC Irvine.
