EUGENE C. HOLLANDER has been a practicing Indiana attorney for over 39 years (since 1973). During this time he has conducted over 120 major felony criminal and civil trials. He has prepared, filed and argued over 150 major felony criminal appeals, and civil appeals to the Indiana Court of Appeals, and the Indiana Supreme Court. For 17 years he served as a felony court public defender in the Superior Courts of Marion County, Indianapolis, Indiana. He has represented individuals throughout Indiana. He is regularly contacted by trial judges around the State to assist with difficult cases. His temperament, knowledge and trial strategy have been developed through years of trial and appellate experience.
