Evan William Wolfson

Attorney Wolfson is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR), which provides continuing legal education to Social Security law practitioners, and a member of the National Lawyers Guild. In addition to Social Security Disability claims, he is experienced in legal matters involving workers' compensation benefits, personal injury, and federal labor law. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Rauh Jewish Archives of the Heinz History Center, has worked in an advisory capacity for different labor organizations, and lectures on both legal and genealogical matters.
