Francis Niper
I have been involved in healthcare law since I passed the bar in 1997. Prior to opening my own practice, I was the architect behind many providers’ workflow and procedures concerning disability and eligibility services. I did my undergraduate work at Marquette University and received my J.D. at Indiana University in Indianapolis.
I personally manage all of our cases and as such you will have an attorney working on your case every step of the way. You will have an attorney, not a “legal advocate,” research your case, file your motions, and appear at your hearing before the Administrative Law Judge and beyond. Whether you are in the process of applying for benefits or appealing a decision in your case, there is never a bad time to call me for help.
I have over the years developed a passion for helping individuals in need and trying to make a difference in people’s lives. I understand and am here to help navigate people through the complicated process of applying for and obtaining disability benefits. My goal is to help people through this trying time and get them the financial and medical assistance that they deserve.
