Biography

After 41 years as an accomplished trial lawyer, in 2014, Frank Ray transitioned to service as a private mediator for a broad spectrum of civil cases. Drawing on experience as lead counsel in 129 civil trials, he serves as a neutral to assist adversaries achieve out-of-court settlement of complex civil disputes. Using the Zoom platform, Mr. Ray regularly hosts virtual audio-visual mediation conferences for adversary parties and their counsel. For in-person mediation conferences, assuming reliably safe circumstances, Mr. Ray limits his practice to venues in central Ohio.
