Frank Ward is a DUI lawyer helping clients throughout North Alabama. He became a member of the National College for DUI Defense in 2010 and was a co-author of the Alabama DUI Handbook. He has helped many clients avoid DUI convictions, get their driver licenses back, and expunge criminal charges off of their court and criminal records. Recognized among other lawyers for his skill and knowledge in DUI defense, he has given presentations to other lawyers on defending DUI cases.
In addition to being admitted to practice in the courts of Alabama, Mr. Ward is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama. Mr. Ward’s legal practice is focused heavily on DUI defense, driver license suspensions, and expungements. Mr. Ward has previously served as president of the Huntsville Young Lawyers and on the board of the Huntsville Young Professionals.
Mr. Ward received his B.A. from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2003 with majors both in English and Philosophy. He graduated from Cumberland School of Law in 2006. While attending Cumberland, Mr. Ward served as Research and Writing Editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, the nation’s oldest law review dedicated to the advancement of trial advocacy.

- A: There are many factors that go into what the likely outcome would be. A good lawyer might be able to negotiate with the prosecutor and reach an agreement in which one or more of your charges is dropped.
