Frank Talbott has been involved in workers' compensation litigation for more than 30 years, representing employees, employers, insurance companies, and acting as a contract hearing officer for the Department of Labor in workers' compensation matters. He is a Vermont Attorney with a long history of work-place accident and injury litigation, having been involved in hundreds of cases involving all sides. His practice is currently focused exclusively on representing injured employees. Frank Talbott was also an acting contract hearing officer for the Department of Labor in workers’ compensation matters for six years. This was a position as an administrative law judge in which he adjudicated disputed workers’ compensation cases. He has been involved in all aspects of workers’ compensation cases from the Claimant to the Defendant to the Adjudication to the Mediation.
Talbott Law Office is located in Shelburne, Vermont with convenient access from all towns in Chittenden County, Franklin County and surrounding areas, including the Burlington, St. Albans and Milton areas. Talbott represents injured individuals and workers’ throughout the State of Vermont.
