Claimed Lawyer Profile
Summary
I became a licensed attorney in May 2004 after graduating from Washburn University School of Law in May 2003 and Washburn University (B.A.) in May 2000.
I am active in the American Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Kansas Bar Association, serving on various committees. I chair the Solo and Small Firm committee of the ABA’s Law Practice Division and serve as the CLE Chair for the Family Law Section of the Kansas Bar Association.
The areas of concentration on which I focus are:
Family-based immigration benefits;
Complex family law issues (divorce/legal separation or paternity); and
Limited probate code issues (Guardianships, Power of Attorney documents.)
