Nguyen Roche Sutton
Gary Damico is a Partner at Nguyen Roche Sutton, where he leads a broad real estate and business law practice.
In his real estate practice, Gary advises clients on commercial and residential transactions, including acquisitions, sales, development projects, leasing, and land use matters. He also regularly prepares and negotiates home improvement agreements and construction-related contracts.
In his business practice, Gary counsels small and regional companies on entity formation, governance, succession planning, and buy-sell arrangements. He frequently serves as outside general counsel to builders, property managers, investors, and contractors across Maryland.
Gary’s approach is rooted in long-term client relationships: listening closely, diagnosing legal risk with precision, and delivering pragmatic solutions tailored to each client’s goals.
Recognized by peers and the legal community, Gary is a multi-year Maryland Super Lawyers honoree in the Real Estate category and a two-time recipient of the “Up & Coming Lawyers” designation by What’s Up? Magazine. He is also deeply engaged in civic and nonprofit leadership. He supports the Ronald McDonald House Charities Maryland (https://rmhcmaryland.org/) and serves as a board member and governance secretary of Wide Angle Youth Media (https://www.wideanglemedia.org/).
Before joining Nguyen Roche Sutton, Gary built his legal career at both boutique and regional firms in Baltimore and Annapolis.
