Gary J. Saylor II

Attorney Gary J. Saylor, II, is a Monroe County native and a graduate of Stroudsburg Area School District. He attended undergraduate college at Delaware Valley University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy and Environmental Science. Attorney Saylor pursued a Law Degree from Charlotte School of Law in Charlotte, North Carolina. During law school, Gary participated in the mock trial team and the Charlotte School of Law clinic, where he helped clients establish new businesses and non-profit organizations. In 2014, Gary graduated from Charlotte School of Law and successfully sat for the February 2015 Pennsylvania Bar Exam.
In 2015, after becoming a licensed Pennsylvania attorney, Gary and his family returned to the area. Gary began his law career as an associate attorney with Meshkov & Breslin, LLC in Easton, Pennsylvania. While at Meshkov & Breslin, Gary focused on civil litigation, private criminal defense and family law. In 2016, Gary founded a private practice as a general practitioner. In 2019, Gary joined the firm Cramer, Swetz, McManus & Jordan, P.C.
Gary continues to practice criminal defense through the representation of clients at all stages of the criminal process from investigation through trials. Gary regularly handles DUI, traffic and motor vehicle cases in addition to all other criminal matters.
Another staple of Gary’s practice is family law, Gary handles all aspects of family cases, including but not limited to divorce, child custody and child support. Gary regularly handles civil matters in state court, in the areas of personal injury, contract disputes and landlord/tenant matters.
Gary is committed to each client he represents and handles each case as if it were his own.
